  1. Each Villa can only be hired by a single Party at a time for a minimum 3 night “Booking Period”
  2. Payment: An Advance amount to book the Villa and balance on arrival at the Villa
  3. Check-in 12.00 noon and Check-out 10.00am (an early check-in and late check-out, if permitted by us will be charged extra)
  4. Deposit : Rs.10,000/- Cash: Refundable as long as the Villa is returned in the same condition
  5. ID Proof (photocopy of passport, election card, pancard or driving license) is required to be handed over on arrival for all guests. This is a mandatory rule by the government
  6. The minimum Booking Period between “23rd Dec to 1st Jan” is 6 days.
  7. Cancellation Charges:
    • None, if cancelled more than 60 days before the “Booking Period” start date
    • 50% of Advance, if cancelled more than 30 days before the “Booking Period” start date
    • Entire Advance, if cancelled within 30 days before the “Booking Period” start date
