A. To confirm booking, you need to pay an advance (say 30%) of the rental on line. The balance is payable on arrival at the Villa.

A. An INR 10,000/- security deposit is taken on arrival but is refundable as long as the villa is returned in the same condition you found it in. This is meant to cover “breakages, excessive soiling of linen, loss of key, etc”, if any.

A. While we have Round The Clock security and CCTV, the management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings, by always locking all doors & windows (especially when you are not in the villa and at night) and that your valuables are in the locker provided.

A. The caretaker resides within the premises and would be there round the clock.

A. Sorry, no. But we have a fully furnished kitchen that you can use to prepare breakfast. Also, the caretaker would gladly double up as a cook for an additional charge. The charge would depend on the number of people and number of dishes, to be worked out with him direct. For the same, he will get you your ingredients, cook and clean the utensils thereafter. Else, you also have the options of ordering in or walking down to the nearby restaurants.

A. SELF CATERED VILLA: Once payment is made and the keys are handed over to the Guest, the Guests are pretty much on their own, except that House Keeping is carried out once a day, between 11 am and 1 pm.
SERVICED VILLA: The Caretaker cum Cook will prepare all meals (ingredients purchased as per your choice and at your cost) for you and House Keeping is carried out once a day, between 11 am and 1 pm, at no extra cost.

A. Guests are expected to go about cooking and washing the utensils on their own. If required, the Caretaker can help with a little bit of cooking or could arrange for a cook, at an additional nominal charge.
